Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your products for a full refund, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original sale-able condition in the original packaging and with all tags attached:

You are responsible for any return shipping charges with the exception of returns of faulty items or items that are described or priced incorrectly. For your protection, please be sure to return your products via recorded or registered post.
Refunds online will be made to you as soon as possible via the original payment method and in any event within 14 days of our receipt of returned items
For costumers based in EU, Norway, Lichtenstein or Iceland: There is a 14-day full right of return for goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation. Requests for cancellation must be sent by email to noproblemo@capeeshsupply.online. The message must clearly state your desire to use the right of cancellation.
For costumers based in Denmark: There is a 2-year legal warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in materials and manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. Capeesh Supply will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Exchanges. Due to the limited availability of our products, we cannot hold stock for exchanges. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then you may return the item and submit a new order online. Please note that certain items may no longer be available due to the limited production runs of our products.
What happens if we got the price wrong. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced on the website. If the product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated, we will contact you and offer you the option to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order. If the correct price at your order date is lower than the price stated, we will refund you the difference.
Complaints
For costumers based in Denmark: A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution is not found, you can submit the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
For costumers based in EU: The EU Commission's online complaints portal can be used to submit a complaint. Complaints can be filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
